Billboard provides hosted personal profile pages. Each page is created and maintained by an individual user (the profile owner). Billboard is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of any content posted by profile owners.
Acceptable use
You may not use Billboard to distribute malware, engage in phishing, harass others, or violate any applicable law. Profile owners are solely responsible for the content they publish.
Intellectual property
Profile owners retain ownership of the content they provide. By publishing a profile, you grant Billboard a limited license to host and display that content solely to operate the service.
Disclaimer of warranties
Billboard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or fitness for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billboard and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
